I have an email integration setup for Pager Duty. At our office, I have a distribution list in Microsoft 365 that includes our Pager Duty email address. For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been getting an error when our call center, who handles incoming client calls after hours, sends us a notification to the disti list:

The sender’s message was routed to an email server outside Office 365 that returned an error that it can’t relay the message. It’s likely that the server isn’t set up correctly to receive and relay messages sent from or from .
However, if I send a message to that disti list from Gmail, Hotmail, my personal domain, or other services, the page comes right through. Is it possible our call center got put on a spam or block list with Pager Duty?
